When will my order ship?
Apparel orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Delays can occur due to vendor issues or quality checks.
When is the latest I can order for Christmas delivery?
International orders by December 1st, domestic orders by December 8th (5 PM EST). Delivery isn't guaranteed due to postal factors
Do all products ship together?

How much is Shipping and Handling?
Shipping is based on weight and displayed at checkout. Free US shipping for orders $100.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept major credit cards, and PayPal.
What kind of garments do you print on?
Check the product description for specific garment details. Refer to our size chart to choose the right size.
Do your products shrink?
While labeled pre-shrunk, all tees may shrink in the dryer. Air or hang drying is recommended.
Will my product match the website image?
Website images are digital approximations. We aim for accuracy, but colors, print placement, and size might differ slightly.
What are the design dimensions?
Apparel prints are sized to each garment but will appear as seen on screen.
What's your return/exchange policy?
We guarantee our product quality and workmanship 100% from any product defects or printing errors that do not match your selected attributes, and we will replace them at no charge however we do not offer refunds.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect/mistaken products, sizes, designs, spelling, quantities or delivery timing. If you have any questions while placing an order, please contact us before you finalize your order so we can make sure you get what you want.
How do you handle damaged items?
Email us at info@mdotapparel.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt.
What if I didn't receive my package?
Check with your postman, neighbors, or post office. Contact us after 10 business days of the estimated delivery.
Can I change my t-shirt size/design?
All of our products are custom made to order and immediately go into production after your order is placed, so we are unable to cancel or make any changes once you’ve finalized your order.
It’s very important to review your order before you finalize, looking closely at spelling, colors and sizing as a final step. We do not accept any responsibility for the personalization attributes you select for our custom products.
My shipping address is wrong. What do I do?
